However, Article 32(3) of the Visa Code of the Schengen Agreement provides unambiguously that anyone whose visa application is refused has the right to appeal against this decision.
Analysis of the reasons for refusal;

- - In case of maintained refusal, contact with a legal support for a challenge of the rejection decision with the administrative authorities of the country of destination concerned.
